長崎における朝鮮人・中国人強制連行と聞き取り調査活動
故・岡正治牧師を代表とする「長崎の在日朝鮮人の人権を守る会」は、１９８１年から１９９１年にかけて、長崎における朝鮮人の強制連行と被爆の実態調査を行った。多くの日本人、朝鮮人からの聞取りによって戦時中の「飯場」の位置の特定や、労働の実態などを明らかにすることができた。聞取りで得られた証言は、報告集「原爆と朝鮮人」第１集～第５集にまとめられている。この「守る会」の活動をベースに１９９５年に設立した「岡まさはる記念長崎平和資料館」の活動と、どちらかと言えば語られることの少ない、戦時中の日本の「加害の歴史」を聞取ることの意味について考えてみたい。

On the Interview Research of the Forced labourers of the Koreans/Chinese in Nagasaki during WWII.
The Late pastor Masaharu Oka was the leader of the “Association to protect the human rights of Zainichi, the Japanese Koreans in Nagasaki”
Research groups clarified the reality of the labour, and succeeded in finding the actual location of “Hanba”: i.e. construction camps. The testimonies are published as 5 volumes. I would like to reconsider the significance of tracing Japanese “history of victimizer’, in relation to the Museum of Resources on Nagasaki Peace in Memory of Oka Masaharu, which was established based on the activities of the association.
